By invitation. We set it up with your own data.

The problem

  • Billing in one spreadsheet, payroll in another, and the government forms in a third.
  • Customers pay late. Your people can't be paid late.
  • When the accountant asks for the numbers, it takes a week to find them.

Who it's for

Businesses that bill customers and pay a team

Trucking and hauling Trips add-on

  • Trips entered from the delivery receipt, priced from each customer's rate card
  • Checked trips billed as one invoice per customer and period, with a statement of account
  • Statements for subcontracted trucks, with the 2% withheld
  • Crew trip pay carried straight into payroll

Manpower and service contractors

  • Crew paid weekly and office staff twice a month, in one business
  • SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG reports, with each payment's reference and receipt kept
  • 13th month, final pay within 30 days and certificates of employment within 3, on a clock
  • Statements of account for every client company

Construction and contractors Projects add-on

  • A quote that becomes a project with billing stages
  • Retention held on each stage until turnover
  • Costs and crew pay tagged to the job, so you see what each one earns

Shops, studios and service businesses

  • Invoices customers open on their phone, with your GCash, Maya or bank QR
  • Reminders that go out on their own, and payment plans for customers who pay in parts
  • A free booking page with your services, hours and prices

Billing and collections

Get paid on time, without chasing

Send the invoice once. Statements and reminders go out on their own, and every payment, part payment and amount withheld lands against the right invoice.

  • Invoices and statements of account your customers open on their phone
  • Reminders before and after the due date, sent in the daytime
  • Payment plans and part payments, with what's still owed always shown
  • The 1% or 2% your customer withholds recorded, so the invoice closes
  • VAT-registered or not, and senior citizen and PWD discounts worked out
  • Your own invoice numbers from your BIR-printed booklet, if you use one

Payroll and HR

Payroll, done right every cut-off

From attendance to payslips to government reports. You approve; it computes, documents and keeps the records.

A payslip, drawn with made-up figures.
  • Pay groups: a weekly crew and a semi-monthly office in one business
  • Time records imported from your biometrics or a spreadsheet
  • SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax worked out, with holiday and premium pay
  • A run approved before it's finalised, and payslips on each employee's phone
  • Monthly agency reports, 1601-C, 13th month, 2316 and the alphalist
  • Hiring to separation: final pay and certificate of employment on a clock
  • Employee files (201), seen only by the owner and payroll admins Early access

Books and deadlines

Numbers your accountant can use

Expenses, profit by month and by job, and a VAT workbook built from the same invoices and payments, not typed in twice.

  • Expenses and profit by month, by job, by truck or by customer
  • A VAT monitoring workbook from your own invoices
  • Exports and a read-only seat for your bookkeeper

Your team, your controls

Everyone sees their part, and nothing else

  • Roles for the owner, finance, operations, encoders, payroll, team leads and drivers.
  • Approvals before anything is billed or paid.
  • A record of who changed what, and when.
  • Two-step sign-in, and your data exported whenever you want it.
  • You stay the employer and the filer: we prepare the figures, you approve and submit.

How we start

Set up with you, checked before you switch

  1. Map how you work

A short call on how you bill, how you pay people, and what your accountant needs.

  2. Bring your data in

Customers, rates, trucks or projects, and employees, imported from your spreadsheets.

  3. Run one period side by side

One billing period and one cut-off next to your current process, to check every figure.

By invitation

We open dmjobber to a few businesses at a time

Tell us what you bill and how many people you pay. We write back with what dmjobber would cover for you, billing and collections, payroll and HR, and the Trips and Projects add-ons for trucking and construction (ask us), and what it would cost. Then we set it up with your own data.

Questions

Before you start

Do you file our BIR and government reports for us?

No. dmjobber prepares the figures and the documents from your own records; you approve them and file and pay as you do today.

We already use spreadsheets. Do we start from zero?

No. Customers, rates and employees come in from your spreadsheets, and we run one period side by side with your current process before you switch.

Can our accountant or bookkeeper use it?

Yes: give them their own read-only sign-in, or send them the exports.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export everything at any time, and it leaves with you.

Built in the Philippines, for Philippine rules: GCash, Maya and bank transfer, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, and the BIR's own forms.
